Mike Caputo from the Hawaii Darkroom on the Big Island will be speaking at this years PhotoCon on shooting film from start to finish.  The workshop will start off with a discussion on analog cameras, metering, shooting manual, and film stock selection of color and B&W.  HE will then go through the development process on how to develop and scan your film at home.  This workshop will end with a photo walk putting the discussion topics to use for snaps around the location.  The workshops are 8:30am & 3pm, one hour long.  We will provide a roll of Fujifilm to shoot.

 

Our booth will have our Analogue Photo Booth.  Swing by to get your bw portrait set up by Chris Rohrer.  We will have a large format camera with a Graflok instant back.  Sit, get ready & squeeze the release cable to get a “selfie” shot.  The instant photo is yours to keep.  Limited to 1 per person.
